Description

The AHP Educator career framework was launched in 2023, and this presentation discusses an NHSE funded project to facilitate its implementation. The presentation will outline the collaborative approach taken by three partner universities to bring the framework alive. Grounded in change theory, the team used appreciate inquiry methods to establish AHP needs and formulate the design of an innovative interactive website that enables AHPs at any level to navigate their own career pathway, and the creation of a resource for a single point of access to practice educator training. Evaluative outcomes will also be discussed.
