Abstract

The proposed study will focus on reflection and resilience in the field of adult nursing and examine the role of reflective practice in supporting and enhancing the development of these key skills. The aim is to understand the main themes within an extended literature review. Looking at guided reflection and resilience and the hope is to use the information to further develop and enhance the methods used by CCCU in vocational degree pathways within the field of adult nursing.
