Petrodel and the purchase price resulting trust: another interpretation?
Stubbins, M. 2017. Petrodel and the purchase price resulting trust: another interpretation? Trusts & Trustees. 23 (4), pp. 383-392. https://doi.org/10.1093/tandt/ttw247
