| Abstract | The England Centre for Practice Development (ECPD) was commissioned through open tender to undertake a review of organisational culture experienced across the organisation. Recommendations are made to the Trust board to strengthen sustainable engagement with the organisation vision, values and promoting a sustainable transformation strategy. 1. To identify where and how innovation and quality provision is being driven alongside where and how innovation uptake is being blocked. |
