Abstract

There have been numerous articles in Clinical Psychology Forum over the years that testify to the effort and commitment of many people to develop a more inclusive profession and set of psychological practices. Changes have been small and seem not to have altered the rules of relationship between those in majorities and those in minorities. Why might this be so? How might we move on?
